- Delivery is available on Monday – Saturday excluding public holidays in Malaysia. Delivery schedules will be arranged once the orders are ready to be shipped.

Delivery Fees and Charges
Delivery Charges for Standard and Premium Delivery
Our delivery charges vary based on the size and type of item you’re purchasing. For small and medium-sized furniture items, the delivery charge is RM60, while large-sized furniture items have a delivery charge of RM90. For non-furniture items such as decorative items and accessories, we charge RM15 per item.

Standard Delivery by Courier
- We offer free delivery for orders above RM1,000 to a single delivery address and self-installation service.
- For orders below RM1,000, delivery will be calculated during checkout.
- The delivery time will vary between 3 to 10 days depending on the stock availability and destination.
- Once we pass your orders to our courier delivery partner, they will make the first delivery attempt without a pre-arranged schedule. In case of a failed first delivery attempt, second and third delivery attempts will be made to deliver your orders.

For Standard delivery, our partnered delivery courier will make three delivery attempts. Please note that an additional re-delivery fee may apply if delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts.
For Premium delivery, if a re-delivery is required, fees of up to RM200 per order within the Klang Valley, Nilai, Seremban.
These fees are subject to review on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the redelivery request.
- For customers who choose our Standard and Premium delivery services, on-site installation is only applicable within the Klang Valley, Nilai, and Seremban areas. There will be an optional charge of RM60 per complex item purchased from Design Indulgences company, regardless of their size.
- For outstation customers with Standard delivery service only, we provide clear and easy-to-follow instructions for self-installation. If you encounter any issues during installation, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Once your order is ready, we will try to deliver it as soon as possible. The specific delivery day and time will be arranged based on our availability, as explained in our Delivery Time policy.

- Two days prior to the agreed delivery day: Our customer support team will send a Delivery Confirmation Message to the customer’s registered WhatsApp/E-mail. This message will list out all the important information that needs to be arranged for the acceptance of the order.
- On the actual delivery day: Design Indulgences will send a Delivery Reminder Message to customers via WhatsApp as a reminder of the upcoming delivery.
- Upon delivery and installation: Customers will be asked to perform an overall inspection of the item(s). By signing the Delivery Order (DO), the customer acknowledges that the delivered item(s) are in good and acceptable condition. Please note that any requests for a return or refund after acknowledging and signing the DO will be subject to our discretion.
Things to Take Note Of
- In the event that our shipping partner is unable to reach the customer on the agreed delivery date, the customer will be required to reschedule delivery for a different date. However, any costs associated with additional delivery or rescheduling are to be borne by the customer, and re-delivery fees will apply.
- Our delivery team will assemble the furniture (if applicable) and remove all packaging materials from the customer’s premises.
- Please note that we do not provide carry-away, dismantling, or disposal of any existing furniture. Customers must arrange for these services with other relevant companies on their own.
- In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to you not being contactable to schedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 30 Days from the date of the first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response within this month, your order will be cancelled without refunds.
Change of Address
- If you need to change the delivery address or any other delivery details before the indicated delivery date, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least three days prior to delivery. In your notification, please include the order number and relevant product(s). Design Indulgences will confirm the change of delivery location by email or refuse if the change is not in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
- However, if you make a last-minute change to your delivery address on the day of delivery, re-delivery can be scheduled with additional delivery fees applied.
- Design Indulgences and its delivery service team will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful delivery resulting from an incorrect address or any other misinformation provided by the customer.
- Design Indulgences is not liable for delays caused by strikes, legal lockouts, or other unforeseen circumstances caused by its suppliers. In the event of these inconveniences or other events of force majeure, the delivery period will be extended in accordance with the duration of the disturbance.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late deliveries.
Permission to Access to Your Building/ Residential Management
- Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions from building or residential management prior to the scheduled delivery day. Our delivery team has a limited waiting time frame due to tight schedules, which includes the time required to obtain access to the premises. In the past, our delivery team has encountered situations where they were not able to perform the delivery due to restrictions from property security (guardhouse) resulting from a lack of prior arrangements. If we are unable to deliver within the confirmed delivery day and time slot due to difficulties accessing the customer’s premises, re-delivery can be scheduled with additional delivery fees applied.
- We recommend that customers verify the dimensions of their home’s access points before ordering large furniture items. It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that the merchandise can fit through doorways, staircases, corridors, and lifts. If your entrance is smaller than the standard size, kindly inform us in advance, and we will provide advice on your purchases accordingly.
Delivery Booking Changes or Cancellation
- Please inform us at least three days prior to the scheduled delivery date if you wish to make changes to your delivery booking. We are happy to accommodate your request, but please note that in the event that we do not receive advance notice, additional charges for redelivery may apply. To avoid any extra fees or delays, we recommend that you inform us of any changes to your delivery schedule as early as possible.
Arrangement for Second Delivery
- If circumstances arise that prevent the successful delivery of your item(s) on the confirmed delivery day, you may request a second delivery arrangement. These circumstances may include last-minute changes to the delivery address, day, and time or unavailability of permission from building management. Please note that if the cause of the delivery failure is not the fault of Design Indulgences, there will be a re-delivery fee for the second delivery. We recommend that you provide us with any necessary changes to your delivery details as early as possible to avoid delays or additional fees.
Please ensure that the elevators in your building are serviceable and provide suitable access to the same level for the delivery of your order items. If our delivery team is unable to proceed with the delivery via elevators (e.g. furniture is unable to fit into the elevator or a working elevator is unavailable), additional charges per item will be applicable as follows:
- RM30 per item per non-lift-accessible storey
- To be paid directly to the delivery team in cash before commencement.
- Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties.
Holding of Order
