You may have read what I would do in Paris part 1 but here is what I would do part 2. When I am in Paris, I would want to stay someplace opulent. I really like to stay in nicer hotels even if I am out and about most of the day. Part of the fun in traveling is staying in a place decorated entirely different than anything I see on a regular basis….
A hotel with a pretty entrance flocked by awnings, boxwoods and flowers boxes….
I would hope the hotel had a restaurant that I could go to each morning for a quick breakfast bite to eat and I would want the hotel to have some sort of a courtyard area with water fountains and lush landscaping…
Then again the whole point is sometimes slowing down the normal pace of life when traveling and truly savoring the details, moments, conversations, and bites….and even drinks 🍷. So maybe I wouldn’t have any quick bites in Paris. Maybe I would have a seat and relax a bit and cherish the time I have there and be fully present.
I would still take selfies and photoshoots and capture all of the surrounding beauty. I see nothing wrong with snapping pictures of things as sometimes I find something new in old images….
I would probably try to dine outside most of the time…
Did you know Paris has beaches? Not really but in the summer they do dump tons of sand along the river so Parisians and tourist can enjoy a beach setting. There are sand castles, water sports to rent, and all sorts of fun.
Then I would want to pretend like I am rich and shop along the Champs Elysees where you can stroll high end shops on one of the most expensive pieces of real estate in Europe…
Yep that is what I would do in Paris…
