I think this time of year is great for fashion. No other time can you get away with wearing sequins in the day and extra sparkle. Double statement necklaces? Why not. A tulle skirt? Rock it. However a lot of festivities are casual. For all of the house hopping I do, the atmosphere is comfortable…always but I wish I had a real reason to get super dressed up in a gown or some thing that called for “after 5” attire.
Imagine having a calendar filled of parties to attend, friendsgiving, turkey day dinners, Christmas parties and knowing you had to come dressed the part. I think that would make this season even more magical. In the mean time, I’ll add some sparkle, dramatic smokey eyes, sequins and velvet to the mix…
