These are some of the items being sold this weekend. My uncle let me decorate his entire place 5 years ago so majority of it are things I picked out for him. Everything must go and there are some really amazing deals on quality furniture. If you live in the Milwaukee area and want to inquire about something, email me and I will give you details and send you the flyer.
They will have the estate sale this Saturday and Sunday from 8-5 & 8-4.
I remember custom ordering the bar stools at Colders. I selected the fabric and metal. No one ever really sat in them, they were more for filling space at the kitchen’s breakfast bar.
This bed is a queen size. The mattresses for both beds are foam tops and everything is in excellent condition.
See how I staged some kitchen stuff? I got a lot of kitchen stuff from World Market and Pier 1.
A lot of rugs for sale as well…some area rugs, mats and bathroom rugs. The two area rugs are only $20 & $30!!
This queen size bed with built in drawers is perfect for someone who needs more storage and doesn’t have a lot of floor space. The bedroom set can be bought as a set or individually.
So many faux plants for sale. There are also tools starting at 25 cent,a ton of kitchen utensils and spatulas etc starting at 10 cent, a ladder, hoses, charcoal, extension cords, usb cords, other household items & storage bins.
Sheet sets galore at $10 a bundle. You like how I tied everything together? I tried making it cute. I did the same for all of the towel sets. There are also place mats and linen, drapery and comforters.
This computer chair is leather! There will also be big & tall mens clothing and suits, a ton of ties, hangers, luggage, pillows, purses etc. Estate sales are a lot of work, the planning and pricing of it all. Not to mention you’re doing it usually close to to the date of the loss of a loved one. I completely underestimated how much work goes into something like this. Have you ever had one? Have any tips?
