Styling a squared or rectangular table? No problem. Styling a circular one? Big problem. With the design projects under my belt, the only rounded table I styled was a dining table. One that simply needed a floral centerpiece. But my last client had one for a coffee table and I struggled with it. I didn’t know whether each direction should have something facing it. I did know I didn’t want it plain. You can see what I came up with here. Otherwise be inspired by these beautiful images where the designers and homeowner’s nailed the look…
How gorgeous is the photography?
These nailhead trimmed wingback chairs are so slick. Now granted, this is really an ottoman but since they double as surface spaces, I figured I’d include the solution of using a tray to give items (and drinks) balance…
Never seen anything like it but the workspace proves functional. There’s a place for everything…
So what do you prefer? Rounded or squared tables? Any rules of thumbs?
