A rod+curtains along the length of the wall=fabric walls…a softening feel…

Sometimes the walls in your space may need repair because they’re eyesores. You may not have the funds to put new drywall up so a cheaper alternative is a wall of fabric. Simply hanging a curtain rod to the highest point and draping curtain panels from end to end. You create so much drama and it leaves a softening romantic feel like this vintage glam space. The homeowner wanted to hide an odd window with a horrible view. It’s also a good way to make a cold industrial condo loft feel more cozy like this masculine loft. And one of my all time favorite spaces can be seen here.

  1. I’ve always loved this look. Something feels sort of retro about it, in a really good way.
