The Placement of Things pt 3: Displaying Jewelry…

{La Dolce Vita}

If you’ve been keeping up, you know I’ve done a 3 pt series on “The Placement of Things”. Here’s Part 1 and Part 2 for those who haven’t read. Anyhoo, I wholeheartedly feel all your jewels and baubles shouldn’t be stored away in one jewelry dresser or box. I really feel some pieces should be displayed as they’re work of art in their own tiny ways. Here are some neat ways you can possibly display yours…

Dangle earrings off the side of pretty bowls….

I’m not a tea sipper but you can easily go to a thrift store, estate sale or Goodwill to purchase some mixmatched teacups and saucers. Cascade pearls or necklaces from the sides. To me, the above would make me cringe cuz it’s not confined to a tray. I think if all the cups were on a tray, it would be even neater & some organization to the chaos…

Click HERE to see another cool way to display your statement necklaces. Are you a fashion jewelry junkie like me? Where do you keep yours? I have some on my dresser but I also have a tie hanger in my closet that has bangles and necklaces. All my ridiculously big cocktail rings are in this cup thingy-ma-jiggy. I have an addiction…but at least I can admit it  :-).  I’m heading out in a few, I have lots of stuff to do today for my clients plus I plan to slide through my brother’s & see my newborn niece Bria. Maybe have a cocktail or two to end the night. Oh yeah, I will try my best to make some of my post a little more personable as that’s one of the many reasons I frequent the sites on my blogroll. Enjoy your Saturday.
