I kind of like this idea of outlining the walls. I guess it can be done with paint, washi tape or ribbon. I know the pic above isn’t really an outline per se but the molding being painted kind of looks like such. What are your thoughts?
A burnt orange traditional English styled foyer outlined with brown grosgrain ribbon (which is adhered with craft glue).

I typically don’t love gold hardware in kitchens, but that top sink with the gold faucet in frtont of that green is amazing!
I love all the outlines. I think it can be done wrong, but all these are how to do it right.
If you can’t afford crown molding using tape is an affordable DIY way to add depth to a room and give it more tailored look.
