When I purchase property it will be a condo & it must have one exposed brick wall….if not I will be adding a faux brick wall. I just love this look typically seen in lofts with exposed beams, high ceilings and open floor plans. That’s exactly what I want. A luxe palette of black, white, silver and grey creates a chic contrast with industrial elements in the loft. Notice how everything is perfectly scaled to fit the enormity of the room from the chandelier to the mirror, nothing is too small for the space. I also like how they painted the molding around the windows black (my fav color).

First this lighting fixture that resembles bubbles is too fabulous.

Love the flirty femininity of this dressing room/boutique…

The colors and ruggedness of this stone is actually very pretty to me. It has an aged feel to it like the place has some history.

Never really thought of a white, gray, brown, beige color scheme but I like…

Pairing delicate fabrics in the drapery & feminine touches in the lighting gives the grunge feel of the brick walls balance.
